Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items.
If your item is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us using the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@healingvitals.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, discounted bundles, and promotional items are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
